The Alpine Lakes Wilderness in the Central Cascades and the Northern Cascades have some of my favorite views. Rugged mountains and volcanoes as well as stunning lakes wherever your legs can take you. Camping and hiking throughout the area has some impressively gorgeous views where I have a hard time not taking pictures.
